We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, including site infrastructure, data hall fit-out, and prefabricated module deployment.</p> <p>The role will support project planning, technical coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with technical and quality requirements.</p> <p>The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors to coordinate multiple technical packages across the project lifecycle.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Project Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the delivery of data center construction projects across infrastructure works, data hall fit-out, and modular systems.</li> <li>Coordinate between project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.</li> <li>Track project deliverables, milestones, and construction progress.</li> <li>Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues during project execution.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Data Center Infrastructure Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the coordination of site infrastructure and utilities required for data center operations.</li> <li>Support installation and integration of key infrastructure systems including:</li> <ul> <li>Electrical distribution systems</li> <li>Transformers and switchgear</li> <li>UPS systems</li> <li>Mechanical cooling systems</li> <li>Chilled water infrastructure</li> </ul> <li>Ensure infrastructure readiness aligns with downstream project activities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Data Hall Fit-Out Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support delivery of data hall fit-out works, including white space infrastructure and supporting systems.</li> <li>Coordinate contractors responsible for installation of:</li> <ul> <li>rack infrastructure</li> <li>busway and power distribution systems</li> <li>containment systems</li> <li>cable management and structured cabling</li> </ul> <li>Ensure works are installed according to design specifications and project standards.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Prefabricated / Modular Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the coordination and deployment of prefabricated MEP modules, including:</li> <ul> <li>Construction sequence</li> <li>Influence design w.r.t for buildability</li> <li>Packaging of scope for design &amp; field install</li> </ul> <li>Coordinate logistics, delivery, and installation of modular systems.</li> <li>Support interface management between prefab modules and site infrastructure.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Procurement &amp; Subcontractor Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support procurement activities including preparation of technical scopes and subcontract packages.</li> <li>Assist with evaluation of vendor and subcontractor proposals.</li> <li>Track subcontractor deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements.</li> <li>Monitor subcontractor progress and coordinate issue resolution.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Planning &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in developing and updating project schedules and work plans.</li> <li>Track progress against project milestones and identify potential risks.</li> <li>Prepare project reports, progress updates, and coordination documentation.</li> <li>Maintain project records including drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</li> <li>3–7 years of experience in construction or engineering project delivery.</li> <li>Experience supporting data centre, mission-critical, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.</li> <li>Exposure to MEP systems, infrastructure projects, or modular construction is advantageous.</li> <li>Experience with data centre infrastructure systems (electrical and cooling).</li> <li>Familiarity with modular / prefabricated construction methods.</li> <li>Experience using project planning tools (MS Project, or equivalent).</li> <li>Knowledge of commissioning processes for mission-critical facilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Location: Singapore</li> <li>Reporting to Senior Manager, Construction &amp; Deployment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
