As a Visionary Project Executive, you will oversee the construction of diverse and innovative projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects or large-scale construction programs with unparalleled accountability and success.</p> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Responsibilities</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Ability to manage several complex projects, simultaneously, or a large construction program with a high degree of effectiveness and accountability</li> <li>Effectively communicates and collaborates with the Vice President(s) of Operations and Vice President(s) of Field Operations</li> <li>Has overall responsibility for project team success, including alignment with Corbins culture and Core Values, in addition to project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability</li> <li>Ensures all Project Manager responsibilities are properly managed and executed</li> <li>Participates in, or may lead, the business development process, including the establishment and management of client relationships, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations</li> <li>Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners</li> <li>Responsible for understanding and negotiating prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, and purchase order agreements</li> <li>Ensures change orders and/or contract amendments are executed in a timely manner and within the signatory limits</li> <li>Reviews cost models, cost estimates and construction schedules in detail to ensure project success from preconstruction to final completion</li> <li>Champions the orderly and timely transition from preconstruction to construction</li> <li>Mentors and develops Project Managers for future leadership roles</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Qualifications</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Ability to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li> <li>Positive and teachable attitude</li> <li>Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills</li> <li>Experience leading project teams and successfully achieving project goals&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education/Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relative construction experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or similar</li> <li>Extensive relative construction experience will be considered in lieu of formal education</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies will apply.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></em></p> </div> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>It has been and continues to be the long-standing policy of any Nox Group operating company to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
