CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an experienced Project Management Administrator / Travel Coordinator responsible for overseeing project management administration and travel logistics to ensure operational efficiency and compliance This position reports to the Manager of Project Management.

What we’re looking for
  • Provide administrative support to all Project Management Department members including the preparation, review, and distribution of documentation, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Manage travel-related expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and financial records for employees in accordance with organizational procedures.
  • Coordinate employee travel logistics by arranging transportation, accommodation, and detailed travel itineraries in accordance with company policies and budgets.
  • Maintain petty cash.
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
What You Bring
  • Secondary School Diploma required.
  • Business Administration diploma, an asset.
  • 2 years’ Administrative Assistant experience, an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in office-based software required.
