This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.</p> <p data-start="467" data-end="490"><strong data-start="467" data-end="488">Key Requirements:</strong></p> <ul data-start="491" data-end="1505"> <li data-section-id="1xzhnjm" data-start="491" data-end="580">7–10+ years of experience in end-to-end IT project delivery (web/mobile applications)</li> <li data-section-id="l6xodk" data-start="581" data-end="687">Strong Agile project management experience (Scrum/Kanban); PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred</li> <li data-section-id="36i848" data-start="688" data-end="771">Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership</li> <li data-section-id="1xxdv17" data-start="772" data-end="834">Experience in budgeting, planning, and resource management</li> <li data-section-id="1tr6gvt" data-start="835" data-end="890">Strong vendor and third-party management experience</li> <li data-section-id="1cg1asz" data-start="891" data-end="946">Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management</li> <li data-section-id="13rp394" data-start="947" data-end="1017">Good understanding of API, microservices, and modern architectures</li> <li data-section-id="kf0hf5" data-start="1018" data-end="1086">Exposure to web/mobile technologies (e.g., Java, Angular, VueJS)</li> <li data-section-id="vt307f" data-start="1087" data-end="1180">Familiarity with analytics/monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Dynatrace)</li> <li data-section-id="1aanvyt" data-start="1181" data-end="1254">Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, CMMI)</li> <li data-section-id="30dqup" data-start="1255" data-end="1328">Hands-on with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)</li> <li data-section-id="13aingw" data-start="1329" data-end="1386">Experience managing cross-functional and matrix teams</li> <li data-section-id="1fnpwf0" data-start="1387" data-end="1443">Multi-country project exposure is an added advantage</li> <li data-section-id="rzlvm3" data-start="1444" data-end="1505">Prior experience in Banking/Insurance domain is preferred</li> </ul> <p data-start="1507" data-end="1534"><strong data-start="1507" data-end="1532">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1535" data-end="2196"> <li data-section-id="1u7reve" data-start="1535" data-end="1620">Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web and mobile projects across the full SDLC</li> <li data-section-id="1npf1jg" data-start="1621" data-end="1728">Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline</li> <li data-section-id="kp38so" data-start="1729" data-end="1822">Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and outcomes</li> <li data-section-id="172kkh7" data-start="1823" data-end="1901">Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across workstreams</li> <li data-section-id="1p1vnt1" data-start="1902" data-end="1971">Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively</li> <li data-section-id="1cp3e80" data-start="1972" data-end="2060">Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives</li> <li data-section-id="190n4w2" data-start="2061" data-end="2123">Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management</li> <li data-section-id="7luo6z" data-start="2124" data-end="2196">Promote best practices in Agile delivery, governance, and compliance</li> </ul> <p></p>
