Our people set us apart—and with locations across the U.S., there’s room to grow, take on big challenges, and make an immediate impact.</p></div><p>Description of Principle Duties:<br>• Answer telephone calls and takes messages in a polite and knowledgeable manner<br>• Learn to take proper information from callers for order requests and bid requests<br>• Coordinate with service to obtain start up reports and work ticket documentation as required for customers<br>• Review bid documents and have an understanding if MAS can bid the job. Distribute to appropriate Sales Engineers.<br>• Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment<br>• Coordinate/copy/email Installation manuals, etc.<br>• File &amp; organize projects, bid documents, and any other business-related files where applicable to equipment orders<br>• Learn parts business and processes to be used for equipment orders<br>• Communicating with vendors for customer orders<br>• Create quotes to customers where applicable for equipment orders<br>• Assist on follow ups on aged accounts receivables<br>• Pack and ship correspondence/products to customers and vendors</p> <p>Education, Experience and Qualifications:<br>• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC service or equipment sales preferred<br>• Bachelor’s degree preferred.<br>• Education and experience in the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience in dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedule and processes is a plus.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skill Set:<br>• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.<br>• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.<br>• Must have the ability to switch quickly between tasks based on priority and timeline.<br>• Works well within a team dynamic to ensure timely execution of tasks.</p> <p>Resources Provided<br>• On-boarding program with one-on-one support from our president and executive leadership team<br>• Ongoing access to leadership and employees<br>• Professional development opportunities through seminars, conferences, and web-based training</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.</span></p></div>
