Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of cross-functional projects that support internal customers' strategic goals and business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Wrike), ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations.
• Conduct root cause analyses for issues encountered during project execution and collaborate with functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall project performance.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget baselines while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional partners to understand business needs, priorities, and constraints.
• Facilitate post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement of PMO practices, and identify opportunities to enhance cross-functional collaboration and execution.
• Analyze project variances and key performance metrics to assess project health, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive project status reports, ensuring transparency and timely communication of progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, change management, and/or process engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferred fields include Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related area.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as well as related tools and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools, such as Wrike and MS Project.
