Project Manager

They use their skills to plan, manage, and communicate and drive our projects forward using their influence to lead project teams. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. A CGS project manager must be detailed, accurate, and be time sensitive in their communications with clients. This role requires the ability to lead a project team through collaboration and effective prioritization in fast paced environments.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Develop project plans</li> <li>Manage the project stakeholders</li> <li>Communicate in a consistent, clear, and timely manner</li> <li>Oversee the project team</li> <li>Control project risks</li> <li>Create project schedule and associated training outlines</li> <li>Manage &amp; reporting on project budget to actuals</li> <li>Forecast resource needs</li> <li>Collaborate through project conflicts</li> <li>Supervise project delivery</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Needed</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Strong time management skills</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills &amp; organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to influence &amp; collaborate across multiple teams &amp; stakeholders</li> <li>Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills</li> <li>Capable of managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs in a timely manner</li> <li>Exceptional quantitative &amp; analytical skills; the ability to drive projects through metrics</li> <li>Able to manage multiple projects at the same time</li> <li>Ability to build and manage relationships at Operational and Executive levels</li> <li>Demonstrated high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and credibility</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>BlueCherry experience</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li> <li>3-8 years of experience in a related field of work</li> <li>An understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and track progress and resources</li> <li>Proven success in leading, collaborating, and contributing to a team-oriented environment</li> <li>Determined ability to keep people motivated</li> <li>Recognized ability to work creatively and logically in a problem-solving environment</li> <li>ServiceNow, SmartSheet, Lucid chart experience is a plus</li> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus</li> <li>Experience with systems / software – A plus if experience is specifically ERP, PLM, Warehousing, B2B/B2C eCommerce, Supply Chain applications and Integrations between various systems</li> <li>Experience working on projects in the fashion industry is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>CGS offerings</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Health, dental, disability, 401K + employer match, vacation benefits</li> <li>Structured annual bonus plan</li> <li>Career development &amp; growth opportunities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
