Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards and governance
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, total 15+ years experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Experience managing cross-cultural or global teams
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Experience in [industry-specific domain, e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance]
