You will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules.</li> <li>Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.</li> <li>Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements.</li> <li>Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</li> <li>Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.</li> <li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience with a desire to grow a career in the building materials / construction industry</li> <li>Candidates with high attention to detail and a drive to succeed are welcomed!</li> <li>Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
