组织协调项目全程管理工作，包括参与项目立项，负责项目策划及执行，对项目的变更、风险、问题等进行管理，负责项目 进度控制、质量控制、资源协调等，确保项目开发遵守GRAMMER产品开发系统（PDS）； 负责项目计划的制定、跟踪、推进与维护，确保项目按计划完成，并达成高质量交付； 定期与项目各方联系人报告项目进展以及项目过程中存在的问题，及时协调资源解决问题； 收集产品反馈信息，不断规范和改进产品项目管理工作，总结项目经理，对新员工进行培训； 管理产线转移项目，确保顺利高效的产品系列投产。
