About the role

The Senior Associate Project Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering client engagements within Beyond. This role involves taking ownership of project planning and execution, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The Senior Associate Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to uphold the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction, while also contributing to PMO development and driving innovation in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support project scoping and planning, including defining objectives, deliverables, project plans, and schedules.

• Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.

• Oversee project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions in a timely and effective manner.

• Drive delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects contribute to broader strategic goals.

• Support the PMO in establishing governance frameworks, standardizing methodologies, and developing organization-wide reporting and dashboards.

• Lead innovation initiatives by introducing new tools, techniques, and technologies (e.g., automation, BI dashboards, AI-driven solutions) to enhance project management efficiency and impact.

• Continuously enhance project management practices and processes to improve efficiency and client value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.

• 4–6 years of proven project management experience, ideally within a management consultancy, PMO, or professional services environment.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging senior executives and stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in PMO-related functions (governance, reporting, portfolio management) and exposure to innovative project delivery practices.
