This role carries a dual mandate of project management and operational activities delivering excellent customer implementation experience for MasterControl products and contributing to the operational health of our PS organization through clean data, accurate reporting, and meaningful business insight.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Education, Professional Services) to develop and deliver partner-specific programs and initiatives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">PS Operations &amp; Reporting</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Manage and maintain PS operational data audits; coordinate with PS managers on findings and corrections to ensure reporting accuracy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Monitor, maintain and act upon department KPIs including resource utilization, billable hours, and timely project billing</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Support revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility by maintaining clean, reliable PS performance data.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Surface operational insights to PS leadership to enable informed, data-driven decisions across the project portfolio.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· 5+ years of experience with end-to-end project delivery in a customer-facing Professional Services environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Familiarity with QMS or regulated industry (Life Sciences) implementations</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and PS performance metrics (utilization, margin, on-time delivery)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Critical analytical ability to manage and monitor operational KPIs</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Experience working with cross-functional teams</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">· Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Project, or equivalent</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
