You are familiar with the tools/software you use on a daily basis. You have started your first redesign mandate and are anticipating the next steps in the process. You actively lead and coordinate client and team meetings. You have had a discussion with your client to explain that a scope change request will impact their budget and/or timeline.&nbsp; You have integrated well into the management team and you contribute in your own way to the optimization of the department's processes while radiating a nice positive energy.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">12 months...&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have delivered your first redesign mandate and you are now autonomous to carry out an entire redesign mandate. You propose internal initiatives to the management process. You have worked with several teams. You have learned to coordinate different personalities in different contexts, teams and projects.
