Junior Project Manager – BAU & Support Operations
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage BAU operations and support teams, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries from multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership. The role is delivery and communication focused, not a hands-on engineering role.
Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)
· Own BAU operations for assigned platforms/projects
· Manage support queues, prioritize incoming BAU queries and incidents
· Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams to ensure SLA and TAT adherence
· Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, including senior executives
· Run daily/weekly BAU calls, status updates, and escalation management
· Prepare and share BAU dashboards, incident reports, and executive summaries
· Handle production issues, root cause coordination, and post-incident reviews
· Maintain PM artifacts such as RAID logs, status reports, and action trackers
Requirements
Required Experience
· 2–5 years of experience as Junior Project Manager, PMO, Operations Manager, or Delivery Coordinator
· Hands-on BAU / Support team management experience (non-negotiable)
· Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
· Experience handling escalations and executive-facing communication
Good to Have
· Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or Snowflake
· Basic understanding of data engineering concepts
· Experience working with technical delivery teams
