You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap, hiring talent, working closely with UI/UX, and driving all operational tasks required to achieve business goals.</p> <p>This role combines <strong>project leadership</strong> with <strong>product thinking</strong>, giving you the opportunity to influence both the strategic vision and the successful execution of the product.</p> <h3 data-start="678" data-end="714"><strong data-start="682" data-end="712">Your Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p><strong>Team Formation &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and scale the team according to product needs.</li> <li>Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.</li> <li>Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.</li> <li>Define and maintain the <strong>Product Roadmap</strong> aligned with business goals and user needs.</li> <li>Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process.</li> <li>Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.</li> <li>Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.</li> <li>Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.</li> <li>Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).</li> <li>Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy.</li> <li>Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality &amp; Post-Launch Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee product testing and quality assurance.</li> <li>Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="716" data-end="755">Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.</h4> <h3 data-start="3280" data-end="3312"><strong data-start="3284" data-end="3310">Requirements &amp;
