We work as a bilingual team, switching between Japanese and English as is necessary for communication with our different partners and our work is roughly divided equally between both languages.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Demonstrable ability to effectively organize and prioritize heavy and diverse workloads with multiple moving elements.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Demonstrable ability to take a lead in effectively directing discussion and coordinating communication between multiple stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Pride in accurate and considered presentation of information in written form (Japanese and English).</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience of using both Japanese and English in a professional, business context.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Interest and/or knowledge of the video game industry, the process of translation and the importance of cultural sensitivity in the localization of Japanese products/culture.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</span></li> <li>Some familiarity with Adobe design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be a benefit but not essential.</li> </ul> <p><span class="emphasis-3"><em><strong>Base Salary Range: </strong></em></span>For this role, new hires generally start between <span class="collapsed-field-text">£37,310 - £48,687</span>&nbsp;per year. The full range is <span class="collapsed-field-text">£37,310 - £65,292&nbsp;</span>per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
