<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee project engineers, assistant project managers, project managers, and field staff. Take responsibility for growing and guiding their team’s growth within their roles. Opinions and advice of the senior project manager are sought out to overcome challenges and constructability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559737":-540,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Partakes in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559737":-540,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain all profit and performance responsibility on projects. Strong financial and resource management skills to forecast project costs, subcontractor outcomes, and identify and rectify potential and actual risks associated with their projects.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559737":-540,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of eight years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span data-contrast="auto">Background of technical skills and understanding of excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork methods.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.</span></span></li>
