In this role, you will lead land development projects, support client relationships, and contribute to team development, enhancing both technical expertise and project management skills in a dynamic environment.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver quality land development projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor project performance to identify challenges and drive solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain organized project documentation and deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with contract administration and project reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Apply civil engineering principles across varied land development projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support the preparation and review of engineering plans and technical documents.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and infrastructure improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare hydrology and drainage reports and coordinate permitting requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure all work aligns with Atwell's quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Represent Atwell in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support business development initiatives and maintain client relationships.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Mentor junior staff and support team growth and professional development.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">4–8 years of experience in civil engineering or land development consulting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience managing project schedules and client expectations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience preparing hydrology and stormwater management reports preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain in the near future.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience mentoring or coordinating junior staff is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$93,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
