This role is perfect for a motivated professional eager to expand their leadership skills while enhancing technical expertise and project management capabilities in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li> <li>Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.</li> <li>Monitor project performance, identify challenges early, and help drive solutions to support project objectives.</li> <li>Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Assist with contract administration, scope management, and project reporting.</li> <li>Apply civil engineering principles across various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.</li> <li>Support the preparation and review of engineering plans, reports, and technical documents.</li> <li>Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design, grading, utility layouts, and infrastructure improvements.</li> <li>Prepare hydrology and drainage reports and coordinate permitting requirements with local agencies.</li> <li>Represent Atwell professionally in meetings and communications with clients and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Support business development initiatives through proposal preparation and client follow-up activities.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior staff through technical guidance and collaboration.</li> <li>Coordinate with leadership on staffing needs and resource planning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field required.</li> <li>5–8 years of experience in civil engineering or land development consulting.</li> <li>Experience in managing private land development projects and client expectations.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required.</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain licensure in the near future.</li> <li>Experience preparing hydrology and stormwater management reports preferred.</li> <li>Prior experience mentoring or coordinating junior staff is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$93,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
