We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;to lead the&nbsp;Data Hall Fit-Out&nbsp;delivery for a large-scale data center project. The role will be responsible for managing the&nbsp;installation, integration, and commissioning of data hall infrastructure, while coordinating closely with teams responsible for&nbsp;base building, utilities, and site infrastructure.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have strong experience in&nbsp;data center construction and MEP infrastructure projects, with the ability to manage multiple contractors, technical packages, and complex project schedules to ensure successful delivery of critical environments.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Data Hall Fit-Out Project Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of&nbsp;data hall fit-out works, including white space infrastructure, containment systems, power distribution, and supporting mechanical and electrical systems.</li> <li>Manage contractors responsible for&nbsp;rack infrastructure, busway systems, containment, cable management, Cooling system and related systems.</li> <li>Coordinate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure readiness of&nbsp;power, cooling, and network connectivity&nbsp;prior to fit-out activities.</li> <li>Ensure installation works meet&nbsp;design specifications, commissioning requirements, and operational standards.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Infrastructure Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interface with teams responsible for&nbsp;base build, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and utility connections.</li> <li>Ensure proper integration between&nbsp;data hall fit-out scope and upstream infrastructure systems&nbsp;such as:</li> <ul> <li>UPS systems</li> <li>switchgear</li> <li>transformers</li> <li>chilled water systems</li> <li>CRAH/CRAC units</li> </ul> <li>Monitor infrastructure readiness to prevent delays to fit-out activities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Contractor &amp; Package Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple subcontractors and vendors delivering different technical packages.</li> <li>Review contractor schedules, method statements, and work plans.</li> <li>Track contractor performance against&nbsp;schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Resolve coordination issues between trades and technical disciplines.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Project Planning &amp; Controls</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage&nbsp;project schedules for data hall fit-out delivery.</li> <li>Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect critical milestones.</li> <li>Monitor progress against project timelines and coordinate recovery plans where required.</li> <li>Provide regular&nbsp;progress updates, reporting, and forecasts&nbsp;to senior management.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Commissioning &amp; Handover</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support commissioning activities for&nbsp;electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure&nbsp;within the data hall environment.</li> <li>Coordinate integrated system testing with commissioning teams.</li> <li>Ensure all documentation, inspections, and testing records are completed prior to handover.</li> <li>Support transition to operations teams during project completion.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in&nbsp;Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.</li> <li>8-15 years of experiences in construction or engineering project management&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience delivering&nbsp;data center projects or mission-critical facilities.</li> <li>Direct experience managing&nbsp;data hall fit-out or white space installation.</li> <li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;data center infrastructure systems</li> <li>Prior experience working on&nbsp;base build or infrastructure projects&nbsp;is strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This role is based in our Singapore office.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employment Basis</strong></p> <p>Full-time</p>
