<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of construction project management who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Prepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}">7+ years of professional experience.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2–5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred.<span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>On-site near Lubbock, Texas.</p>
<p>Base Pay - $140,000-$190,000</p>
<p>The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.</p>
