Project Manager, Dev/IT

Job Description:

We are looking for Project Managers with experience leading projects in Software Development and IT.  We work with our enterprise customers to design, implement and enhance custom software solutions.  Additionally, we provide Consulting Services to our clients to help them ensure they reach their desired outcomes for their internal development and IT projects. The ideal candidate has:

• Review, manage, proactively challenges, and controls status of projects operations of the programs and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports

• Guide and lead the team in achieving the goals of the program including issue identification, resolution and contingency planning

• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, safety, quality, and stakeholders goals and objectives

• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line manager

• Acts as liaison with internal and external customers and partners

• Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• A passion for leading and organizing project teams with technical and non-technical resources

• Experience in reporting and presenting project status and financials

• B.A./B.S. level degree or related experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills

• Highly collaborative and team oriented

• Ability to keep to production schedules and work effectively with colleagues

• Diverse knowledge of Software Development practices and IT Infrastructure

• Track-record of acting as a liaison with internal and external customers and partners
