Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, tracking milestones related to As-Is/To-Be process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, and final Blueprinting.</li> <li><strong>Vendor Management: </strong>Act as the primary liaison between AP and the selected 3rd-party advisory firm. Ensure vendor deliverables (Benchmarking Reports, Fit-Gap Matrix, ERP Blueprint, Business Case) meet quality standards and are delivered on time.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Resource Coordination: </strong>Facilitate and manage the logistics for extensive cross-functional workshops across 7 core process streams (R2R, O2C, P2P, OAM, INV, FRC, SVC). Ensure optimal participation from internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Process Owners without disrupting month-end business operations.</li> <li><strong>Risk &amp; Issue Management: </strong>Proactively identify project roadblocks—such as scheduling conflicts, scope creep, or misalignment between internal proposed processes and vendor recommendations—and escalate to the Steering Committee (SteerCo) with mitigation strategies.</li> <li><strong>Executive Reporting: </strong>Prepare weekly status reports, project dashboards, and SteerCo presentation decks summarizing health checks, timeline adherence, and key decision points.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>Minimum of 7–10 years of senior project management experience, specifically leading large-scale ERP implementations, ERP readiness assessments, or enterprise business process transformations (Oracle Fusion Financials or SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).</li> <li><strong>Vendor Integration: </strong>Proven track record of managing Tier-1/Tier 2 technology consulting vendors and holding them accountable to SoW deliverables.</li> <li><strong>Process Acumen: </strong>Strong understanding of standard enterprise value streams (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.) and enterprise architecture complexities (integrations, middleware, manual workarounds).</li> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge: </strong>Previous experience in the Power Generation, Distribution, or Utilities sector is a significant advantage.</li> <li><strong>Soft Skills: </strong>Exceptional facilitation skills.
