About the role
LIGENTEC is a rapidly growing European deep-tech Process Design House (PDH) headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, with R&D and manufacturing operations in France. We develop, design, manufacture, and test Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for demanding applications in Sensing, Connectivity, and Computing.
About the Job
Lead the Vision: Direct the development of PIC-based systems from concept to final characterization.
Orchestrate Partners: Manage high-stakes relationships with foundries and III-V component suppliers, ensuring seamless material stack development and integration.
Cross-Functional Hub: Act as the "glue" between internal PIC Design, Process Integration, and Testing teams.
Strategic Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our most prestigious global customers.
Execution Excellence: Own the project lifecycle—managing costs, mitigating risks, and hitting critical milestones.
