Job Description

  1. Establish, monitor, and maintain comprehensive work plans to ensure multiple projects stay on schedule and within scope.

  2. Draft and prepare accurate project proposals, estimates, and bids for prospective clients.

  3. Manage all project-related documentation, compliance paperwork, and general administrative duties.

  4. Work closely with the installation team to guarantee high-quality service delivery and optimize elevator performance.

  5. Independently analyze elevator technical issues and determine the most efficient, effective approach for each project.

  6. Proactively identify bottlenecks to reduce elevator downtime during installations and repairs.

  7. Oversee and schedule the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.

  8. Act as the primary point of contact for material suppliers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  9. Manage consistent, professional communication with customers throughout the planning, installation, and handover phases.

  10. Coordinate with subcontractors to align schedules, deliverables, and quality standards.

Function requirements

  • Bachelors/Master degree, preferable in Engineering

  • 2+ years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking

  • Experience in elevators and/or shipping is an advantage

  • Good understanding of business English 

  • Due to the dynamic nature of the marine industry, occasional work during weekends or outside regular office hours may be required to meet operational demands
