You’ll be right at the heart of campaign execution - making sure paid media projects across social, search, and programmatic run smoothly, on time, and on budget.</p> <p>This role is perfect for someone who’s confident managing fast-moving projects, loves collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrives on bringing structure. You’ll partner closely with media strategists and channel experts to keep work flowing and clients happy - from kickoff to wrap-up. You’ll play a key role in managing our day-to-day work, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational project management skills who’s ready to step up - bringing more structure, ownership, and strategic thinking to the table. If you naturally spot blockers before they happen, keep teams aligned without breaking a sweat, and enjoy a good budget spreadsheet just as much as a creative brainstorm, you’ll fit right in.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and own day-to-day project delivery across multiple performance marketing projects - spanning media planning &amp; strategy, social advertising, programmatic, media and creative testing</li> <li>Define clear requirements across media, creative, and strategy</li> <li>Build timelines and coordinate deliverables using tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira, while making sure we stay within project scope / budget</li> <li>Act as the glue between internal teams (media, creative, analytics) and external stakeholders</li> <li>Support campaign &amp; testing setup, approvals, QA processes, and performance check-ins</li> <li>Proactively identify blockers, propose solutions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in how we work - from kickoff through reporting</li> <li>Support testing roadmaps and structured end-to-end test planning, managing interdependencies between creative &amp; media teams, launch &amp; performance analysis</li> <li>Own project financials – maintain budget overviews, support invoicing processes, and partner with our finance team to ensure accurate billing</li> </ul> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU BRING:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have <strong>2+ years of experience in an agency environment</strong>, ideally managing paid media or integrated marketing campaigns</li> <li>You understand digital performance marketing, especially <strong>paid social, search, and programmatic</strong>, and know what it takes to deliver successful campaigns</li> <li>You’re fluent in project management practices but flexible enough to adapt when things change</li> <li>You’re a strong communicator who builds trust with clients and motivates teams internally</li> <li>You’re organized, proactive, and calm under pressure -&nbsp; juggling timelines and deliverables without losing sight of the big picture</li> <li>You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment</li> <li>You have the ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Have a passion for marketing and creative work</li> <li>Hands-on experience working with cross-functional marketing teams (media, analytics, creative)</li> <li>A passion for continuous learning and improving team workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT DO WE OFFER?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
