Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager oversees day-to-day project management activities under the PMC framework, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and identify risks or delays.
- Manage change control processes and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support procurement and contractor selection processes.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification preferred.
Experience
- 10–15 years in project management roles.
- Experience with major development or infrastructure projects.
Skills
- Project planning and coordination.
- Risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong reporting and organizational skills.
