Role Summary / Purpose</strong></h2> <p>The <strong>Senior Project Manager, PMO</strong> is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments — acting as the connective tissue between business functions to ensure high-priority projects meet ambitious company goals on time and within scope.</p> <h2><strong>3. Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Drive</strong> end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic priorities.</li> <li><strong>Manage</strong> critical path dependencies and proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact timelines or project scope.</li> <li><strong>Design</strong> and implement refined internal workflows that optimize cross-departmental collaboration and increase operational efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Identify</strong> and implement AI tools and workflow automations that reduce administrative overhead and increase project delivery velocity.</li> <li><strong>Facilitate</strong> stakeholder engagement across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance — translating business requirements into clear project plans.</li> <li><strong>Leverage</strong> AI-powered documentation tools to maintain a single Source of Truth, ensuring outputs are accurate, current, and accessible across all project stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Govern</strong> project scope to protect the integrity of agreed outcomes and prevent unapproved requirements from impacting delivery timelines.</li> <li><strong>Serve</strong> as primary point of contact for recurring and ad-hoc cross-functional meetings, delivering concise, actionable updates to executive leadership.</li> <li><strong>Utilize</strong> data and AI-assisted analytics to track cycle time from proposal to execution, surfacing patterns and bottlenecks for continuous improvement.</li> <li><strong>Perform</strong> other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>4. Qualifications</strong></h2> <h3>Required:</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS or technology environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities and shifting timelines.</li> <li>Proficiency with project management platforms such as Notion or Monday.com.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, Monday.com AI) to automate routine project management tasks and increase personal output.</li> <li>Exposure to M&amp;A integration or organizational change management projects.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.</li> <li>Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt effectively when company priorities shift.</li> <li>Experience facilitating executive-level reporting and cross-functional alignment.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the hospitality technology industry or B2B SaaS environment.</li> <li>PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, MSP, or Scrum Master certification.</li> <li>Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflow automations in a project or operations context.</li> </ul>
