Project Manager/Product Owner

<p></p> <p>As a <strong>Project Manager / Product Owner</strong> in our Platform Development team, you own and coordinate a broad range of end-to-end deliveries. You take the lead in shaping medium to large initiatives, tactical projects, and critical workstreams, while maintaining the bigger picture across the team’s portfolio. This builds on the project manager (PM) role—planning, follow-up, alignment, progress monitoring, and PMO best practices—with stronger product ownership,</p> <p>You are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>As a <strong>Project Manager</strong> you maintain a <strong>helicopter view</strong> across a limited portfolio (1–2 development squads) and ensur alignment across initiatives.</li> <li>Define and track <strong>KPIs and flow metrics</strong> linked to delivered value and produce <strong>monthly reporting</strong> on team deliveries.</li> <li>Act as a bridge between architects, scrum masters, developers, other PMs, and the PMO.</li> <li>Create and maintain <strong>delivery plans</strong> including risks, issues, and action plans.</li> <li>Acting as <strong>Product Owner</strong> for medium to large projects and critical workstreams by&nbsp;:&nbsp;i</li> <li>Manage stakeholder alignment depending on team autonomy and seniority and arbitrate or escalate complex situations requiring cross-team alignment.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
