This role focuses on driving business outcomes, managing end‑to‑end project execution, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in project management within a comparable industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple medium‑sized projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline commitments.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage projects to deliver agreed business outcomes for our client across transactional and subscription engagements</li> <li>Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring accountability for on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery</li> <li>Perform project‑level planning, scheduling, and execution oversight</li> <li>Align project vision, strategy, and business objectives with client expectations</li> <li>Track project metrics, manage financials, and ensure overall project profitability</li> <li>Identify opportunities for additional business and contribute to presales and renewal evaluations</li> <li>Identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation and response strategies</li> <li>Lead the execution of contract Change Management processes</li> <li>Manage partner delivery and commercial arrangements when third‑party resources are engaged</li> <li>Contribute to the broader project management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role‑Specific Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish project structure, governance, and processes to enable successful delivery</li> <li>Ensure scope management and Change Management controls remain in place throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Provide clear and consistent status reporting to key stakeholders</li> <li>Oversee risk, issue, and communications management activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Scope</strong></p> <ul> <li>Typically manages up to five (5) medium‑sized customer projects concurrently</li> </ul> <p><strong>Complexity</strong></p> <ul> <li>Moderate risk profile</li> <li>Medium volume of dependencies</li> <li>Projects may involve new or existing technologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>College/University degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>4–6 years of project management experience in a comparable industry; experience in IT/Telco environments is beneficial</li> <li>Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to manage financials, track metrics, and maintain delivery quality</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with structured project management methodologies is advantageous</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li> </ul> <p><em>EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
