<p><strong>Salary Range: $214,000 - $229,000</strong></p>

<p><strong>Position: PROJECT MANAGER IV (TDIP Low Voltage Systems Integrator)</strong></p>
<p>Synopsis<br>The TDIP Low Voltage Systems Integrator and subject matter expert is responsible for driving and <br>overseeing design and execution of all IT, special systems and innovations for multiple terminal <br>projects. Provides oversight and guidance on LAWA’s system integration requirements. This position <br>will act as the primary IT liaison and airport/owner representative working closely with <br>Information Management & Technology (IMT) executives and respective system owners.<br>This position requires subject matter expertise of the various airport terminal IT systems <br>including network systems for a comprehensive design, implementation and commissioning of such <br>systems. The candidate must demonstrate extensive experience at the system integrator capacity for <br>passenger processing systems, terminal management systems, baggage handling systems, building <br>automation systems, lighting control systems, aircraft guidance and ramp management systems. This <br>individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, airline partners, LAWA stakeholders, and <br>contractors for the coordination of IT project activities across multiple terminals to ensure <br>consistency.</p>
<p><br>Key Identifiers for the Position<br>• Knowledge in IT design and construction practices and methodologies in an active airport <br>environment<br>• Leader in stakeholder engagement to identify, communicate, resolution and accomplish their <br>needs, while preserving the principles and criteria of the project scope, schedule and budget <br>constraints<br>• Maintaining an excellent working relationship with the design and construction professionals <br>geared towards open communications and mutual problem solving in the best interest of the project <br>and all other parties involved<br>• Abilities to identify and study options to complex design, operational or constructability <br>issues<br>• coordaining shop drawing reviews, participation in and approval of factory and site acceptance <br>tests, coordinating material approvals, coordinating mockup approvals, providing reports, drawings <br>and specification interpretation, participation in testing and commissioning activities<br>• Knowledge in LAWA’s change management process for deployment of new IT systems or interfacing <br>with legacy IT systems<br>• Understanding of LAWA’s USR and ASR processes and ability to identify and mitigate impacts on IT <br>systems</p>
<p>Essential Job Duties<br>• Primary liaison with ITM representative responsible for directing and managing the IT scope <br>implementation<br>• Primary liaison with CBP and TSA for IT infrastructure and integration requirements<br>• Review and validate IT scope costs of implementations and system integrations<br>• Oversee buildout and commissioning of IT rooms, networks, horizontal and backbone <br>cabling<br>• Coordinate with contractor(s) and IMT system owners for comprehensive and effective migration, <br>integration and commissioning activities<br>• Lead integration workshops until deployment and final commissioning of terminal systems such as <br>passenger processing, CCTV, access control (ACAMS), flight information, baggage handling systems, <br>public announcement, Wifi, aircraft guidance (VDGS), emergency notification, ramp services <br>management system and new IT innovations<br>• Lead integration workshops until deployment and final commissioning of building/mechanical <br>systems such as Building Automation, lighting control, power metering & controls, conveyance <br>monitoring and FMCS at the central utility plant<br>• Coordinate with LAWA cyber security team and contractor’s IT system providers for integration <br>into the LAWA ecosystem that meet security requirements<br>• Working with designers, contractors and stakeholders to develop the overall planning of <br>construction activities and identifying critical milestones and priories<br>• Ensuring all work is being performed with and inspected to the latest versions of plans and <br>specifications including approved changes, submittals, and RFI’s<br>• Working with the key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify <br>potential<br>delays, or significant changes to the scope of work<br>• Participating in all necessary coordination meetings with designer, contractor and <br>stakeholders<br>• Managing the closeout process for IT systems to ensure all documentation is completed as <br>quickly<br>as possible to efficiently close the project without incurring unnecessary costs<br>• Adhere to a safe work environment well above industry standards</p>
<p><br>Hardware/Software Knowledge<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam<br>• Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred<br>• Familiarity with digital content management systems and other airport IT systems</p>
<p>Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications<br>• 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects</p>
<p>• Experience with projects more than $100 million in value<br>• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and <br>Design/Build<br>• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity<br>• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices <br>and regulations</p>

<p><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, <br>Planning or other related technical field required<br>• Relevant professional licensure and/or certification are strongly preferred.
