As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Project Manager (Trade Shows &amp; Events)&nbsp;</strong>who is passionate about building exceptional environments and managing every detail of the production process.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role focuses on custom-built exhibit and event environments, where you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the end-to-end production process, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-functional teams using internal project management systems to ensure all details are tracked</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support global estimating efforts by preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with design teams on materials, finishes, and sourcing to ensure feasibility, quality, and brand alignment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, and vendor communications</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including coordinating services and issuing purchase orders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A passion for production, process, and people—you thrive on bringing ideas to life</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5–10 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing (or a similar project-based environment)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, with a basic understanding of structural mechanics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Solid understanding of production materials, trade show regulations, and industry best practices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies.
