Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing construction project planning, execution, and delivery
Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project timelines are met
Managing budgets, contracts, and resources effectively
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Acting as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in project management within the construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Breakdown:
Basic Salary: 12,000 SAR
Accommodation (25%): 5,000 SAR
Transportation (15%): 3,000 SAR
Net Salary: 20,000 SAR
Gross Salary: 25,294 SAR
