<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Job Description: Project Startup Manager</strong></p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The Project Startup Manager is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for the company's day-to-day implementation of new client projects.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provides a consultative approach while effectively managing all steps in the implementation project lifecycle, from kick off to initial launch</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Implements low to medium complexity startup projects</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Leads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completion</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Escalates complex issues and coordinates internal and external resources to foster timely problem solving and communication</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitors and manages project scope, financials, and schedules leveraging Greenphire's tool sets to enable stakeholder visibility</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identifies and communicates issues that could result in delayed implementation or risks that could impact financial exposure</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrates expertise in products and can onboard across multiple business units</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prepares study transition materials that contribute to continued onboarding success with Greenphire's Project Delivery team</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excels at managing multiple start up implementations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards appropriate solutions</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Authors, delivers, and manages a project tracker and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ensures study documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrates flawless execution of Greenphire's implementation best practices</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Performs other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Travels for client meetings and trainings as needed</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Relevant project management experience and/or training</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Project management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS)</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AC1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>We are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
