We are looking for Project Surveyors who are interested in being subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. Job Description <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">LSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus).</li> </ul> Disclaimer  While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
