Let's get to know each other!</p> <h2>Tricks of the trade</h2> <p>In this role, you will be part of the promotions team: the team that is responsible for selecting the best discounts for our customers - week after week 😊. You will be responsible for the entire process of strategically selecting the best promotions, collaborating with our category teams and communicating with our suppliers. Together with a passionate team, your goal will be to select the best products for the best discounts and make sure that these will be presented in a beautiful way in our store. As a coordinator in our promotions team you will work closely with category managers, supply chain managers, suppliers and our design team.</p> <ul> <li data-start="189" data-end="409"><strong>Plan and execute promotions:</strong> Collaborate with Category Managers to select products and discounts based on KPIs and market trends, and oversee the entire promotion process from forecasting to app page configuration.</li> <li data-start="412" data-end="566"><strong>Ensure product availability:</strong> Provide accurate sales forecasts and communicate with suppliers to maintain consistent availability.</li> <li data-start="569" data-end="761"><strong data-start="569" data-end="608">Coordinate technical implementation</strong>: Manage the technical setup of promotions in our online store, working closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure a seamless user experience.</li> <li data-start="764" data-end="926"><strong data-start="764" data-end="799">Monitor and optimize promotions</strong>: Track ongoing campaigns to ensure availability, identify areas for improvement, and adjust where necessary to avoid waste.</li> <li data-start="929" data-end="1099"><strong data-start="929" data-end="969">Collaborate on marketing initiatives</strong>: Work with the Marketing and Recipes teams to design and implement engaging promotional campaigns that drive customer interest.</li> <li data-start="1102" data-end="1265"><strong data-start="1102" data-end="1135">Manage supplier relationships</strong>: Build strong partnerships with suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations and proactively resolve operational challenges.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Your superpowers</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A completed <strong>Master’s degree</strong> with exposure to analytical problem-solving</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Fluency in English and Dutch</strong></li> <li><strong>Up to 4 years of work experience</strong> in an analytical and consumer-centric environment</li> <li><strong>Problem-solving attitude</strong> with a curious and analytical nature, always eager to adapt and improve processes</li> <li><strong>Customer-focused&nbsp;</strong>with a strong affinity for food and the retail industry</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Commercial drive, a nose for opportunities&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>Proactive, detail-oriented mindset </strong>with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li><strong>Strong communication skills </strong>to express ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and manage stakeholders effectively</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Picnic perks</strong></h2> <p><strong>🥗Fresh Lunch, coffee, and snacks</strong></p> <p>Our offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
