Property Attendant - Household Upkeep & General Housekeeping

POSITION OVERVIEW

A Property Attendant works as part of a team to successfully complete the day-to-day cleaning and concierge operations to provide excellent hospitality for the clientele and their home.

PAY:

Wage is $28.00 per hour
SCHEDULE:

Full Time / Part Time Available
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm with holidays and weekend availability
Candidate must be available for the holiday and weekends (Christmas & New Years)
REQUIREMENTS:

MUST BE AVAILABLE AROUND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Day, etc)
Requires the ability and commitment to daily commute with co-workers to BIG SKY, MONTANA in a company vehicle.
Valid Driver’s License Required
Background Checks will be conducted prior to hire.
BENEFITS:

A Full Time position and holiday and weekend availability.
A starting wage of $28.00 per hour
Sign-on bonus of $500.00

POSITION DUTIES:

Performing detailed cleaning of homes, including but not limited to: bathrooms, kitchens, common living and dining areas, entryways, foyers, ski rooms, mud rooms, garages, etc.
Cleaning duties, including but not limited to: laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, seasonal and deep cleans, outdoor detail work, collecting & hauling trash
Assisting in managing home inventory, toiletries and products. Assisting in stocking and inventory of household products and items according to home preferences
Participating in visit preparations, cleaning homes, set-ups and take-downs for special events and holidays
Helping team members understand performance targets and goals
Ensuring professional appearance and attitude within the work environment
