Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled Property Engineer to join our team and help maintain the comfort, safety, and functionality of our property. If you’re experienced in basic building repairs, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC systems, general maintenance, and upgrades like painting, this role might be your perfect fit.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists
• Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris
• Perform basic repairs including:
• • Replacing light fixtures
  • Grout and caulking repairs
  • Tightening loose fixtures and toilet seats
  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Painting and wall touch-ups
• Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally
• Immediately report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management
• Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment
• Pool certification is a plus
• Professional, courteous demeanor
• A can-do attitude and passion for guest service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly, helpful way
• A consistently caring and respectful approach
• A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates
