<p><strong>We have a fantastic Property Manager opportunity available!</strong></p>
<p>Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.</p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Bexley 3Five (338 units, team of 8)</p>
<p><strong>Pay: </strong>Salaries are competitive and based on experience + Quarterly & Annual Bonus Opportunities</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior property management experience required; experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred. </p>

<p><strong> </strong><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Property Manager:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution</li>
<li>Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams while effectively delegating and mentoring</li>
<li>Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics</li>
<li>Manage a high volume of requests from both residents and corporate, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and care</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What to Expect Working with Us:</strong></p>
<p>We operate with a high-touch management style and believe in setting our teams up for success through close collaboration and clear expectations. <strong>This is not a hands-off role. </strong>Our Property Managers are expected to take ownership of their communities while working side-by-side with our corporate support teams to drive performance and maintain excellence.</p>
