<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Atwell is seeking a <strong>Senior Proposal Marketing Associate</strong> to support our <strong data-start="586" data-end="613">Power & Energy practice</strong>, including electric utility, transmission, substation, generation, and renewable energy markets.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will lead proposal strategy and execution for high-priority, complex pursuits and serve as a strategic partner to business line leadership. This position is well suited for a senior AEC marketing professional who understands utility-scale infrastructure markets and is comfortable owning capture strategy from early positioning through final delivery.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will work directly with <strong>Power & Energy</strong> directors, project managers, and business development leaders to position Atwell competitively within traditional electric utility and renewable energy sectors.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1318" data-end="1425"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for <strong>Power & Energy</strong> pursuits</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1426" data-end="1562"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits, including competitive analysis, positioning, win themes, and value propositions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1563" data-end="1674"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate go/no-go discussions, pursuit strategy meetings, kick-offs, and executive-level proposal reviews</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1675" data-end="1785"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Power & Energy leadership to align proposals with annual growth strategies and target markets</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1786" data-end="1932"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advise BD and operations leaders on messaging specific to electric utilities, transmission operators, renewable developers, and energy clients</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1933" data-end="2079"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and refine technical proposal narratives related to transmission, substations, generation, T&D programs, and renewable energy projects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2080" data-end="2168"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality across all client-facing materials</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2169" data-end="2268"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Mentor and guide Proposal Marketing Associates, elevating proposal standards and best practices</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2269" data-end="2362"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee and maintain Power & Energy-specific content libraries, resumes, and project data</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2363" data-end="2447"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support interview preparation and presentation strategy for shortlisted pursuits</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2448" data-end="2532"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor utility and renewable energy market trends to inform pursuit positioning</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2533" data-end="2638"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to sector-specific conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and marketing initiatives</span></li>
</ul>
<h2 data-start="2645" data-end="2662"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications</span></h2>
<ul data-start="2664" data-end="3714">
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2664" data-end="2770"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2771" data-end="2899"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">10+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant focus in <strong>Power & Energy</strong>, utilities, transmission, or renewable energy</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2900" data-end="3021"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for electric utility or energy infrastructure clients</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3022" data-end="3129"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large, multi-million-dollar programs</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3130" data-end="3236"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of capture strategy, competitive positioning, and client relationship development</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3237" data-end="3342"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3343" data-end="3403"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3404" data-end="3469"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills</span></li>
