Together, let's lead the way in providing seamless, high-quality care to patients when they need it most.</p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Provider Operations Coordinator supports the operational, technical, and administrative needs of a physician service line, with a focus on onboarding and scheduling systems coordination. This role bridges clinical operations, and IT systems, to ensure providers are effectively integrated into telehealth environments and operating efficiently</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools<br><br></li> <li>Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality<br><br></li> <li>Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand<br><br></li> <li>Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts<br><br></li> <li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols<br><br></li> <li>Maintain and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br><br></li> <li>Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred<br><br></li> <li>Experience in physician scheduling strongly preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment<br><br></li> <li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Notice &amp; Disclaimer: </strong>The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
