Our network includes multispecialty physician services covering skilled nursing facilities across the country.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Provider Recruiter<strong>, </strong>to find providers serving local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven care community.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of Theoria Medical's values and mission.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that increase offer acceptance.</li> <li>Lead outbound recruiting efforts to our highest priority prospects, via personalized emails and calls.</li> <li>Manage and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner.</li> <li>Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategy and outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with talent acquisition team, sourcers and hiring managers to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience</li> <li>Make process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively</li> </ul> <p><strong>We'd love to hear from you if:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have 3+ years of experience in provider recruitment.</li> <li>You are organized and skilled at managing a high-level recruiting, handling multiple requisitions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked.</li> <li>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and gain energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat.</li> <li>You're a strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes.</li> <li>You're passionate about recruitment efforts, and you're motivated to help place great providers in the right career.&nbsp;</li> <li>You've<strong> </strong>excelled in<strong> </strong>healthcare recruiting and experienced in rural recruitment efforts.&nbsp;</li> <li>You have a solid knowledge base using an ATS (Greenhouse experience preferably, LinkedIn Recruiter, Doc Cafe, and other recruiting tools.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and sick leaves</li> <li>Competitive compensation package</li> <li>Benefits include medical benefits, PTO, paid holidays</li> <li>Overtime available</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 2–3 years of dedicated provider recruiting or full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the healthcare industry.</li> <li><strong>System Familiarity</strong>: Hands-on experience working inside mainstream ATS platform layouts (Greenhouse, Source Whale).</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: Exceptional writing skills tailored toward creating catchy, professional email and text messages.</li> <li><strong>Mindset</strong>: Highly resilient attitude paired with data-driven problem-solving habits.</li> </ul> <p><em>Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
