Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day.</p> <p>Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week.</p> <p>We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions.</p></div><h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">The Role</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">We're hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to own the provider-facing relationship for Cadence's clinical programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for physician practices and clinic staff, ensuring Cadence integrates seamlessly into provider workflows and delivers measurable impact for patients and health systems.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is a&nbsp;field-first role requiring national travel two to three nights per week to conduct onsite meetings, drive adoption, and represent Cadence directly with clinical and administrative audiences.This role requires frequent roundtrip flights and local driving between clinic sites the within assigned market region. Candidates must be comfortable with a schedule that involves being on the road nearly every week, with limited exceptions during major holiday weeks (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day).</p> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">What You'll Do</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level, aligning platform capabilities to existing provider workflows and driving clinician and patient adoption from launch through steady-state.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators across assigned health system partners, serving as the primary escalation path and ongoing point of contact.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data, present performance reports at regularly scheduled touchpoints, and use those insights to drive behavior change and improve outcomes at the practice level.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing partner organizations, surfacing new patient populations and conditions where Cadence can extend care delivery.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with the Partnerships team to develop repeatable processes that enable Cadence to scale efficiently across existing and new health system relationships.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate with internal Product and Care Delivery teams to channel provider feedback into platform improvements, ensuring Cadence continuously improves its technology and services in response to real clinical need.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Navigate complex clinical environments with autonomy, diagnosing workflow gaps, escalating where appropriate, and driving resolutions that hold across the partnership.</li> </ul> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">What You Need</h3> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service in pharmacy, provider-facing, or clinical support environments.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships with both clinical and administrative audiences and manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Track record of exceeding performance targets in field-based, goal-driven environments where outcomes are measured and results are owned end-to-end.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfort operating independently in a high-travel role - national weekly travel to provider sites two to three nights per week is a non-negotiable requirement; candidates must reside within commutable range of a major airport.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to travel regularly for work, including by car, and maintain a valid driver’s license required for business travel.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with Google Workspace and web-based collaboration tools, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to influencing provider engagement and outcomes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.</li> </ul> <h3 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">Compensation</h3> <p>Our job titles may span more than one career level. Expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role typically range between $165,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. Total compensation includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, and equity as part of the overall package.
