What You’ll Do:
The PSP Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the company’s payment infrastructure. The role focuses on payment provider administration, operational monitoring, issue resolution, provider onboarding support and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing across all supported channels.
The role serves as the primary operational contact for payment-related matters and supports the PSP & Banking Manager in maintaining an efficient and reliable payment ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
Payment Operations
- Monitor payment providers, banking channels and alternative payment methods on a daily basis.
- Track deposit and withdrawal performance across all payment channels.
- Monitor transaction success rates and identify operational issues.
- Escalate provider outages, delays or service disruptions as required.
Provider Management Support
- Support onboarding and implementation of new PSPs, banks and payment methods.
- Maintain provider records, contacts, agreements and operational documentation.
- Coordinate provider due diligence requests and periodic reviews.
- Manage day-to-day communication with payment providers.
Incident & Case Management
- Investigate payment-related issues and coordinate resolution with providers.
- Track and manage open provider tickets and escalations.
- Liaise with Customer Support, Operations and Finance regarding payment investigations.
- Maintain records of incidents and resolutions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on payment volumes, provider performance and operational metrics.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support fee analysis and payment performance reviews.
- Assist with management reporting requirements.
Payment Testing & Implementations
- Support testing of new PSP integrations and payment methods.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Verify functionality and operational readiness of new payment solutions.
Documentation & Controls
- Maintain PSP procedures, operational guides and process documentation.
- Ensure payment inventories and jurisdictional coverage records remain current.
- Support audits, reviews and internal control activities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely resolution of payment-related incidents.
- Accuracy and completeness of provider documentation.
- Timely completion of onboarding and review activities.
- Provider response and follow-up management.
- Quality of reporting and operational monitoring.
- Successful support of payment implementation projects.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in payments, operations, banking, fintech or financial services.
- Understanding of payment processing and settlement flows.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience within CFD, FX, fintech or online trading environments is advantageous.
Working Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
