<p><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"335559738":299,"335559739":299}">You’ll serve as the <strong data-start="776" data-end="809">clinical and operational lead</strong> for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes <strong data-start="878" data-end="915">~10–16 hours/week of patient care</strong>, with the remainder focused on <strong data-start="947" data-end="999">leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs</strong>.<br><span data-contrast="none">This position will be hybrid and require some in person presence at our centers in market (Frederick, MD, Gaithersburg, MD, Washington D.C., Tysons Corner, VA and Ballston, VA)</span><br></span></p>

<li>Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)</li>
