In addition, Aspire Health and Community Services offers a competitive package of compensation and benefits.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Part time 16 hours/week</strong></p> <p><strong>Schedules available:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Saturday and Sunday 7 AM - 3 PM</p> <p>Saturday and Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM</p> <p>Friday and Saturday 11 PM - 7 AM</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Under the direction of the Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Nurse Manager and working with the CCS Nurses and Prescribing Professionals, works to provide specialized care to adults in a 24-hour behavioral health crisis stabilization setting.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> an integral part of the Aspire Health Alliance's Emergency Services team, provides a staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis stabilization and treatment services in a community-based program that serves as a medically necessary, less restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.&nbsp; The unit offers individuals access to our newly renovated 10 on-site beds during times of crisis where the length of stay is generally three to five days but is flexible to meet individual needs.&nbsp; </span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsible for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitoring and Documenting medication self administration during clients’ stay</li> <li>Monitoring client physical medical issues and working with Mental Health Workers to arrange for acute medical care for clients when needed</li> <li>Facilitating health and wellness groups and activities</li> <li>Delivering treatment interventions that are strength based and solution-focused&nbsp;</li> <li>Encouraging consumer completed risk management/safety plans and Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP)</li> <li>Coordinating with clients’ outpatient and CCS care providers</li> <li>Completing documentation per shift as assigned&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Participating in ongoing required training</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must demonstrate the following characteristics: reliable, responsible, team player, ability to grow and learn in the position, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, capacity to provide support and quality care to improve the physical and mental health of individuals served.</li> <li>Must be an independent problem-solver, able to work with minimal supervision when necessary</li> <li>One-year experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)</li> <li>Familiarity with Recovery oriented treatment for severe mental illness (preferred)&nbsp;</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree)</li> <li>Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>LPN shift differentials for the Stabilization Unit position are:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>7a – 11p (Sat &amp; Sun only) = Base + $1.00</li> <li>11p – 7a (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00</li> <li><span class="TextRun SCXW247398622 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW247398622 BCX0" data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">3-11pm (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW247398622 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.&nbsp; Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.</p></div><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$31.25</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$36.06 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><span data-contrast="none">Aspire Health and Community Services is committed to and passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.&nbsp; We celebrate, support, and promote diversity of thought, culture, and backgrounds.&nbsp; As an employer committed to equal opportunity, we base all employment decisions on each individual’s capabilities and qualifications, without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetics, or any other protected characteristic.&nbsp; Aspire Health and Community Services strives to fully reflect the clients and communities we serve and believes that a diversity of interests and cultures leads to a stronger and more innovative organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{">&nbsp;</span></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
