About the role

**Job Introduction:**

  • Guided start for new and soon-to-be registered psychologists
  • 100-Day Mentoring Program with gradual caseload build (full by week 5)
  • Build your niche with balance and purpose
  • $90K–$120K + super + PD allowance + rewards

Tasks

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults across a range of presenting issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, stress).
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and collaborate with referrers and other health professionals to support client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records, session notes, and reports.
  • Participate in weekly peer supervision, team meetings, and case discussions.
  • Engage in our 100-Day Mentoring Program, including structured training, mentoring with Mary Habib, and peer supervision.
  • Manage a sustainable caseload (five clients per day) with dedicated time for clinical work such as reports, planning, and reflection.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and shared learning environment.
  • Optionally provide psychological assessments (training available).

Requirements

  • Full registration (or nearing general registration) with AHPRA.
  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality client care.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Interest in professional development and growing a clinical niche.

Desirable:

  • Experience conducting psychological assessments (training provided if needed).
  • Board-approved supervisor registration (if applicable).
  • Interest in contributing to clinic projects such as resources, groups, or outreach
