We're excited to grow our team by hiring a QA Analyst who will play a key role in shaping our testing approach and overall product quality.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong></p>

<li>This role is based in our Southlake, TX office</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality across Liberty's product portfolio</li>
<li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Windows, web, and mobile applications.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools (Jira) with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence to ensure timely resolutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test strategies, and analyze test results to provide feedback and suggest improvements </li>
<li>Participate in requirements reviews to develop an understanding of upcoming features and identify testing implications early</li>
<li>Assist with performance and load testing</li>
<li>Develop and maintain regression test suites to prevent the recurrence of previously resolved defects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years' experience in related industries such as pharmacy or software support; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or prior QA experience a plus </li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, edge cases, or errors in software</li>
<li>Critical problem-solving skills with the ability to think methodically and isolate root causes</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools </li>
<li>Basic SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation, or willingness to learn </li>
<li>Knowledge of software testing principles, bug tracking processes, and issue reporting preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with API testing concepts a plus</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy software, or a regulated industry is valued but not required</li>
<li>Software testing certification (such as ISTQB) a plus</li>
</ul>
