QA Engineer

Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Take full ownership</strong> of quality across rapidly changing domains.</li> <li><strong>Lead manual testing efforts</strong> for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows.</li> <li><strong>Deeply understand system behavior</strong>, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios.</li> <li><strong>Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams</strong> to define requirements and the "Definition of Done."</li> <li><strong>Investigate production issues</strong> and ensure proper validation and regression coverage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing).</li> <li><strong>Strong technical background</strong> with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows.</li> <li><strong>Experience testing</strong> web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems.</li> <li><strong>Proven ability to take ownership</strong> and lead QA efforts within a team or domain.</li> <li><strong>Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments</strong> (startup experience is a plus).</li> <li><strong>Experience working with AI tools</strong> on a daily basis to create tests and tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.</li> <li>Experience with test automation frameworks (even if it is not your main focus).</li> <li>Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments.</li> <li>Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Real ownership from day one.
