<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Sustainable Talent </strong>is partnering with <strong>NVIDIA, </strong>a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years to hire a <strong>QA Engineer</strong> for an immediate need on their gaming team.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a<strong> 6-month W-2 contract role, </strong>fully onsite in <strong>Redmond, WA</strong> (no remote work and no relocation assistance provided). We offer competitive pay, full benefits, PTO, and an outstanding company culture.</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Execute testing and validation activities across PC and cloud gaming platforms</li>
<li>Perform system-level testing on Windows-based hardware and software environments</li>
<li>Identify, reproduce, troubleshoot, and document defects with clear and detailed bug reports</li>
<li>Analyze logs, system behavior, and test results to support root-cause investigations</li>
<li>Validate software, drivers, firmware, and platform functionality</li>
<li>Review test plans and contribute to test automation efforts where applicable</li>
<li>Create and distribute test reports to stakeholders and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and user experience</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What We Need to See</span></h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in QA, validation, testing, or a related engineering role</li>
<li>Strong experience working within Windows operating system environments</li>
<li>Hands-on experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues at the system level</li>
<li>Experience testing device drivers, firmware, or platform-level functionality</li>
<li>Proficiency with scripting or automation using Python.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex technical issues</li>
<li>Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities</li>
<li>Passion for product quality and finding hard-to-reproduce issues</li>
<li>Experience with Windows debugging tools and log analysis (WinDbg)</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Familiarity with hardware validation, platform testing, or PC system integration</li>
<li>Knowledge of GPU technologies, graphics systems, or gaming platforms</li>
<li>Experience supporting automation frameworks and test infrastructure</li>
<li>Exposure to AI-assisted development, debugging, or test workflows</li>
</ul>

<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Location:</strong> Redmond, WA (Onsite 5 days per week)</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-month W-2 contract through Sustainable Talent</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $55–$75/hour, depending on experience, education, skills, and location</p>
